Awesome flavourful Chutney Chai recipe. This recipe is the authentic way of
making
Chutney Chai.

Ingredients:
1.Coconut.
2.Brown
Sugar.
3.Tea
Powder.
4.Peppercorn.
5.Ginger.
6.Cardamom.
First
you take coconut, Ginger, Cardamom & Peppercorn, Mixed with add some water.
Then filter that coconut  milk and kept  individual.
Then
make black tea don’t add sugar please add brown sugar.
Then
mix both black tea and coconut  milk.
Now my Chutney Chai  tea is ready to drink. It’s the perfect blend
of ginger,
Peppercorn 
and cardamom. The tea is rich, creamy and very soothing. After you try
this Chai, it’ll be really hard to go back to a cup of water and a tea bag.
This is very easy recipe and you must give it a

Medu vada is a South Indian fritter made from
Vigna mungo. It is usually made in a doughnut shape, with a crispy exterior and
soft interior. A popular food item in South Indian, Nepali and Sri Lankan Tamil
cuisines, it is generally eaten as a breakfast or a snack.
the
medu vada recipe is mainly prepared by soaking the urad dal for 5 hours which
is later grounded to smooth paste.further shaped to doughnuts and deep fried in
hot oil until golden brown and crisp.

(5 Hours Soaking).

the word medu in the medu vada, literally means
soft in kannada language. basically this word is attached to this dish, to
describe softness yet the crispiness it has. perhaps the 
udupi restaurants famous all over india had a great
contribution in popularizing and giving this adjective to vada recipe. How ever
it is also referred with several other names in south india like, urad dal
vada, medhu vadai, ulundu vadai in tamil, garelu in telugu and uzhunnu
vada in malayalam. further, it is served mainly with 
coconut chutney or peanut chutney, but these days it is served by dipping in sambar too.

South Indian Style Pepper Chicken Fry is the spicy peppery coated masala it’s simple and
tasty to the core. It has a whole lot of flavors and aroma that goes extremely
well with anything. 
In this video we will see how to make pepper
chicken recipe in tamil. This spicy pepper chicken is an awesome side dish for
rice or biryani. This kozhi varuval can also be served as an appetizer. Chicken
Milagu Varuval is one of the classic Chettinad cuisine recipes. Pepper chicken
is also a suggested remedy for cold and fever because of the medicinal
properties of pepper. This is the dry pepper chicken but you can make pepper
chicken gravy by adding some water after sauteing the onion masala..
This pepper chicken dry is a stir fry recipe and not a
deep-fried one. And obviously, we can make this with just a few tsp of oil
without compromising the taste.
Now coming to this pepper chicken, I would like to mention that
the spices used here are black pepper. The beautiful pepper powder when sauteed
with ginger and garlic gives excellent aroma and unique taste to this milagu
kozhi varuval.
Also, try this pepper chicken
chukka recipe. This pepper chicken is an excellent side dish with sambar rice,
Rasam rice, ghee pulav and phulkas. It matches well with dosas and uttappam
too.
I always prefer chicken with
bones for this recipe. For boned chicken pieces follow the timing given below.
If you use boneless chicken completely, reduce the cooking time 6-8mins enough
for small boneless pieces.
